Create project user binding

POST 
/api/meshobjects/meshprojectbindings/userbindings

Create a new meshProjectUserBinding to assign a user to a project with a specific role, which grants them the corresponding permissions within the cloud platform. Before users can be assigned to a project, they must first be added to the workspace that owns that project.

Authentication: This endpoint supports API Key authentication.
