Project Usage Report Preview can be displayed again.

Warning for 4-Eye-Principal project user role assignment​

Description​

A warning can now be displayed if the 4-Eye-Principal mode is activated for project role assignment but not enough admin users are present on the customer to complete the role assignment process.
