How to Launch a New Manual Building Block Definition

Prerequisites​

  • You have access to platform builder of a workspace.
  • You have a user with workspace owner or manager permissions.

Step by Step Guide​

  1. Navigate to the platform builder from the workspace you want to launch the building block offering from.
  2. Head to Building Blocks and click Create new definition.
  3. For Type, select Manual.
  4. Specify Inputs you need to collect to fulfill the request.
  5. Specify Outputs admins and users need for further processing.
  6. Create the building block definition.
  7. Test the building block process including inputs and outputs to ensure it works as expected.
  8. Publish the building block definition to make it available in the marketplace for everyone.
