Fix replication of new Azure meshTenants

Description
Replicating and accessing new Azure meshTenants was broken in some cases since v7.50 of meshStack. The issue could also lead to multiple subscription creations for new Azure tenants. With this fix, new Azure tenants can be replicated and accessed again. Multiple subscription creations for the same meshTenant won't happen anymore.
