Create or update workspace user group

/api/meshobjects/meshworkspaceusergroups/:fullWorkspaceUserGroupIdentifier

Create or update a single meshWorkspaceUserGroup. spec.members and spec.tags replace the current members and tags, so leaving out spec.tags removes all tags. metadata.sourceSystem cannot change after the group was created, so a request must carry the value the group already has. Global groups cannot be modified.

Authentication: This endpoint supports API Key authentication.
