Create or update workspace group binding

PUT 
/api/meshobjects/meshworkspacebindings/groupbindings/:bindingId

This creates the group binding with the given name, or updates it if it exists. An update can change the role and the expiry date, and it sets the expiry date again in the same way as a create does. The workspace and the group of an existing binding cannot be changed.

Authentication: This endpoint supports multiple authentication methods: API Key authentication or API User authentication.
