Decline tenant deletion V4

/api/meshobjects/meshtenants/:uuid/decline-deletion

Declines the deletion of a meshTenant that awaits deletion approval. The meshTenant becomes active again, and so does its meshProject if the meshProject was marked for deletion. Declining for a meshTenant that is not marked for deletion answers with 409, and so does a repeated decline, because the meshTenant is active again after the first one. Once a deletion is approved, it can no longer be declined, and the request answers with 409 too. Requires an API key with the admin right ADM_TENANTDELETION_APPROVE, or with the right MANAGED_TENANTDELETION_APPROVE if the API key belongs to the workspace that owns the platform of the meshTenant, or to the workspace that owns the landing zone of the meshTenant and is a contributor of that platform.

Authentication: This endpoint supports API Key authentication.
