Approve tenant deletion V4

/api/meshobjects/meshtenants/:uuid/approve-deletion

Approves the deletion of a meshTenant that awaits deletion approval. meshStack first deletes the meshBuildingBlocks of the meshTenant and then deletes the meshTenant, so the deletion completes later: poll the meshTenant until fetching it answers with 404. Approving a deletion that is already approved changes nothing and answers with 202 again. Approving an active meshTenant, a deleted one or one marked for purge answers with 409. Requires an API key with the admin right ADM_TENANTDELETION_APPROVE, or with the right MANAGED_TENANTDELETION_APPROVE if the API key belongs to the workspace that owns the platform of the meshTenant, or to the workspace that owns the landing zone of the meshTenant and is a contributor of that platform.

Authentication: This endpoint supports API Key authentication.
