Download the artifact of a building block run's predecessor

GET 
/api/meshobjects/meshbuildingblockruns/:blockRunUuid/artifact

Downloads the artifact that the predecessor DETECT run produced (e.g. a saved Terraform plan), so an approved APPLY run applies the previewed changes instead of computing them again. Returns 404 when the run has no predecessor artifact.

The response body is the raw artifact, served as application/octet-stream.

The former path /api/meshobjects/meshbuildingblockruns/{blockRunUuid}/plan-artifact still works for GET and PUT, but is deprecated.
