Update building block definition
PUT/api/meshobjects/meshbuildingblockdefinitions/:uuid
Update a meshBuildingBlockDefinition with new configuration details. Changing spec.approvalPolicies or spec.schedule is validated against the definition's current version, and a definition just created through this API only has a placeholder 'MANUAL' initial version. Add a version with a suitable implementation type before changing these two fields.
